We are committed to offering customers the finest cosmetic products available. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call or email us within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms-

Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by us.

We will notify you via email on status of your request (whether accepted or rejected).

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.

No Refund shall be made once goods are sold except in case of product damages or quality issues.

Shipping charges incurred on Free Trials are non-refundable

In case of damaged products received, an email to namaste@ireega.com, along with photographs must be sent within 48hrs of delivery of such product to make it eligible for return or refund.

The customer should initiate the process of return of the product(s) (along with all gift with purchase (GWP) and samples, if any which were supplied along with the product(s) and are linked to the purchase of the concerned product(s)), within seven (7) days of the date the products were received either by the customer or a third party (not being the carrier) to whom the products were shipped as per the terms of the order placed by the customer, subject to the products (and all gift with purchase (GWP) and samples, if any which were supplied along with the product(s) and are linked to the purchase of the concerned product(s)) being unused and in its original packaging along with original tags, barcode and invoice.​

However, return policy does not apply to products which have been personalized, except for defects in the products (or for instance the products are spurious) or incomplete or incorrect delivery. If a personalized product is delivered damaged or is defective, customers should contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Notification of customer’s intention to exercise the returns can be done by emailing us at namaste@ireega.com with customer’s order details, including customer order number and the description of the products which are being returned. To comply with the return period, you need to provide your declaration informing us that you wish to return the product within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon returns, we undertake to reimburse the customer the full price of the products (not shipping costs) within thirty (30) bank working days of the date of receipt of the return, provided that the products (along with all gift with purchase (GWP) and samples, if any which were supplied along with the product(s) and are linked to the purchase of the concerned product(s)) are shipped back unused and undamaged along with original tags, barcode and invoice, as soon as possible and no later than seven (7) days from the date of receipt of your return declaration, and that we receive proof of sending back prior to reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the resent goods or until you have provided proof that you have resent the goods in an unused and undamaged condition along with original tags, barcode and invoice, whichever occurs first. Refunds will only be made against the original credit card/debit card used with respect to card payments and/or to the relevant bank account with respect to COD payments.

In case you choose to send the product to be returned via courier then it is strongly recommended that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service (one that requires a signature upon receipt).

The shipping or courier charges incurred on returned products will not be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Delivery charges may apply on certain products/services and would be communicated at the time of order processing.

We deliver your order within 3-7 working days after dispatch in A-1 and A-2 Metros (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad). For the rest of the cities, we deliver between 5-9 business days. Delivery by ground takes a little longer than air couriers. Ground-shipped orders are delivered to you between 7-10 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to very remote locations may take up to 10 business days or longer, depending on the location & geographical constraints.

Although we ship to maximum places in different parts of India and we are continuously working on increasing our reach to make our products easily available to everyone in different locations. But whether the order can or cannot be delivered to your address also depends on:- Whether our trusted delivery partner can deliver at your address, Legal Restrictions, if any, on shipping particular products to your location and the availability of reliable courier partner in your location.

Change in delivery address when order has been placed but not dispatched:
Once the order has been placed but not dispatched that means we have received the confirmation and your order is in our warehouse where we are working to get it dispatched. So as your order is still not dispatched, you need to contact us on namaste@ireega.com as soon as possible for the changes in the order.

Once the order has been placed and dispatched for, we would be unable to redirect the order to the secondary delivery address. If our shipper is unable to ship the order at your provided address then order is automatically returned to our warehouse and processed as return. Delays in Delivery

These are indicative & approx. values only and items can be shipped earlier or later also on case to case basis depending on availability of item and other factors.

Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. We will keep you informed on the status of your order including delays if any.

No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
